2017 Crusader Kid's Wrestling Club

Message from Coach Trenton Teruya

The Crusader Kid's Wrestling Club begins its third season at Kalaepohaku.  Our numbers have grown as interest from K-6 students and their parents continues to grow.  Our practices are after school on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00pm - 4:00pm.  We will again participate in tournaments as part of the USAW Wrestling League.  Competition is not mandatory.  Coaches will consult with parents to determine when appropriate to enter and wrestle competitively.    The focus is on learning the fundamentals.  Our program has three basic goals:

  1. Provide a physical after-school activity stressing body awareness, balance, coordination and conditioning.
  2. Introduce students and parents to the sport of scholastic folkstyle  wrestling and basic wrestling technique.
  3. HAVE FUN!

It is a privilege to work with our students and reinforce the educational mission of St. Louis School through wrestling.  Register NOW via the registration link on our HOME PAGE.
