Crusader Wrestling is beginning Kids Club (K-6) and pre-season Intermediate, JV & Varsity (7-12) workouts starting Tuesday, October 15th.   Registration links can be found to the left.

Workout Attire: Tee shirt, athletic shorts and athletic shoes (wrestling shoes preferred).  Wrestling shoes can be purchased at McCully Bicycle or online (suggest trying on teammates shoe for proper sizing before ordering online as they tend to run smaller than normal sizes).  Wrestling head gear and singlets will be issued in November.

Kids Club

Sessions for Grades K-6 will be on Tuesday's and Thursday's, 3pm - 4pm.  Students will be escorted down from the elementary campus to The Sprung wrestling room adjacent to the football field.  Parents/guardians must pick up their wrestler between 4pm-4:30.  Coaches will be on hand until the last wrestler is picked up.  Parents, please try to be on-time with pick up.

Intermediate, JV & Varsity

Workouts begin Tuesday, October 15th at 4pm at the The Sprung.  Practices will be held Tuesday and Thursday the first week and increase M-F thereafter (unless changed).  Those currently in a Fall sport are encouraged to register immediately and shall report to practice no more than a week after completing their Fall Sport season.

Program Philosophy:

Our mission is to provide student athletes with the tools it takes to be successful on and off the mat, now and into the future. We teach technique, develop strength & conditioning, and most importantly character building life lessons that reinforce values such as accountability, discipline, responsibility, perseverance and a recognition there is no substitute for a positive attitude, and a work ethic second to none.
